Painted Ship / Painted Ocean

This might be hard to believe, but sometimes, people want to make left turns at intersections. It’s crazy, I know, but I’m pretty sure that engineers in just about every other city have figured out ways to let cars turn left without having to drive straight, pull a U-turn, and hang a right. I realize it’s nearly impossible to change things considering nearly every intersection in the greater New Orleans metropolitin area is designed this way, but PLEASE, just consider turn lanes and green arrows in the future.
